Information used by the app
We use your Shopify store domain and identifier, encrypted app access sessions, product and variant information, app subscription status, and add-on settings to provide and support the service. We do not request customer or order API access.
Shoppers can enter optional personalization text. The storefront sends this text directly to Shopify as cart and order line properties. Addlark does not store that text in its database. Shopify and the merchant handle the resulting cart and order information.
Hosting and service providers
Cloudflare hosts our application, database and static files. Requests pass through Cloudflare, which processes technical connection information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the service. Shopify provides store APIs, authentication, billing and checkout. Information may be processed outside your country.
Use and retention
We use information to operate the app, verify your plan, troubleshoot problems and respond to support requests. We do not sell it or use it for advertising. Add-on settings and app sessions are deleted when a verified Shopify uninstall or shop-erasure webhook is processed. Personalization retained by Shopify is managed by the merchant under their own policy.
Your choices
You can edit or pause add-ons in the app, remove its theme block, or uninstall it through Shopify. Contact us for access, correction or deletion questions. Please do not include passwords or payment information in support messages.
